Just wondering if any 190 FO's would be willing to share their monthy take-home pay.

Also wondering about the schedules. Commutability, average days off/credit, and how long on reserve in JFK and/or BOS.

I've been able to get lots of good info from the bus drivers I know there, but I'm looking for 190 specifics. Thanks in advance, and please PM me if you're not interested in sharing with the world.

Yeah, that should be pretty easy to figure out.

A new-hire or 1 yr FO is about 50 bucks an hour....

So, figure 50 bucks an hour x 70 hrs

ADD anothe 20 credit hours at 1.5 x 50 bucks

and that equals, BEST CASE $5000 bucks GROSS per month.

I know, I know, folks are gonna chime in how they are getting 150 credit hours a month and working 3 days, but for this exercise, lets be realistic...

So, best case a new hire is gonna get around 90 credit hours a month OR SO!

5K gross a month.....

subtract your tax rate and any other deductions you choose. Everyone's will be different. Some will have health, some wont, some will max out a 401k some wont, etc....

But I suspect that if you gross around 5k a month, you'll net 3k of that if you're not maxing out a 401k and paying health care. Everyones mileage will vary.

Pay Raise

Look for an EMB CA raise and Airbus FO raise sometime in the next 2-4 weeks. Also an increase to the retirement package and other improvements.
