Does anyone know if dudes are being trained in the J at Little Rock yet?

If not, does anyone know when they are starting?

Anyone out there flown her yet? How is she?

Well...

Little Rock has one active duty J model as of now. They are borrowing Js from other units for training. The first two groups to be trained are called "Small and Large group tryouts" to validate the courseware. They are training one or both of them right now...and then they will begin "normal" training.

I fly the J model - we do at Keesler, as does Maryland, Rhode Island and Channel Island...great airplane.

Haven't flown it or been in it, but I watched a Maryland J model start up and taxi at STL. Those blades look awesome. Have fun.
