if you mean Johnson & Johnson I know they are based out of TTN (Trenton, NJ)

I THINK you have to apply when they have a postion open on their website. Then you have to go through their on line application process.

At least that is what I did when it showed they were looking for a pilot about 6 months ago. Only to get an e-mail saying they were not interested in me.
