I think manassas just turned into the new jonestown. I've never seen more kool aid drinking in my life.

O.K. So now 9E has a SAAB and B1900 platforms. What's the advantage af having access to the codeshare patners??

They can bid on any RFP, just like anyone else. They operate CRJs, just like anyone else. Now the Colgan boys have access to ALPA. Let's see how Chuck and the boys favor that angle.

Can anyone else hear a stapler?

Sounds like a type of medical procedure involving a gallon of lube and a flexible tube, but knowing how the airline industry is I'd guess the former will be optional.

great, now 2 crappy contracts and pay scales can join forces...

pinnacle's use to undercutting mesaba, now we can all look forward to more of the same. Colgan guys, we wish you luck. Cover your nuts.

colgan never used lube, why do you think we are all cowboys? saddle up and take it like a man, lol

Well, there is a silver lining to every dark cloud.......

At least they'll use lube on you now. I doubt it'll hurt any less though.

Colgan Air is a premier turbo-prop regional airline...

I didn't know there was such a thing as "premier" turbo-prop regional.

Could 9E mgt. be looking for a ready made certificate for an "alter ego"?

Heads up on this one in both pilot groups. Something doesn't sound right.

Actually it's more like 100 feet of rigid tube and a tablespoon of lube.

I love how we've been getting memos from Colgan since I started here talking about how much money we were losing, operating in the red.
Now miraculosly, we are a premeir regional carrier posting record high profits, estimating 130 million last year with forcast 190 million this year.

Just a few months ago, 9E pilots agreed to pay cuts in a sham bankruptcy...no wait that was Mesaba...

Pinnacle has never undercut Mesaba. Plain and simple the 99 contract was middle of the road. In fact the upper scale of MSA's last contract was higher only because it went to 19 or 2o years. There were areas that the wage rates were not as good at MSA on the CRJ (which they did not even have) on the last contract. I will concede that MSA has obtained much better work rules though....But they are several contracts ahead of PCL in historical terms. Posting things like this is buying into the management scam of whipsawing.... Jeeze now here we are doing it for them.....

i hope that we get CRJ 900's hell i would fly them for a cheaper rate then pinnacle to upgrade in that thing!!!

you guys have no idea and for all of you that will try to flame just remember, its kill or be killed and you people that bash others would do the same thing
