I just wonder if there is law about companys to pay PER DIEM PAY! I am lucky to work at company who lets us eat with big $$$

But I think the best thing is the all points and miles what I can keep when we RON, in a year I been on the road and different hotels over 100 nights. Company pays hotel, rental car, food and if flights over 3 hours crew meals allowed if you want, usually we dont since our work office is quite small.

Our a/c has on board snacks and drinks of course , we are welcome to use them , except you know the Alcohol ones!

If anyone has any idea about that LAW about Per Diem would like to know! Like minimum wage!

up to company

per-diem is tax free up to the maximum amount of the rate allowed by the IRS, aorund 1.60 to 1.70, not sure, Any per-diem rate above that is taxable. If your per-diem is above that rate you would have to claim expenses above your per-diem allowance to avoid taxes on your per-diem. I IRS has no way of knowing if you got meals in addition to per-diem, unless someone reports it.
