Island Air Interview Gouge

Does anyone know any gouge on how the Island Air Interview process goes? Is it the same as posted on aviationinterviews.com? Do they give a telephone interview first before they see you in person?

Yes the aviationinterviews stuff is good. Except there is no sim now.
Do a search on this forum, you will find lots of stuff.
