Some reginals interview at low times nowdays. Why waste the money when you'll need it to survive at the current pay scales. Once you get hired they'll teach you everything you need.

I saw this advertised here and it appears fairly decent for the cost but I am not really sure...any thoughts?

Quick answer? NO.

As junkflyer said, why pay for this when regionals are already hiring people with low flight times. This program might guarantee you an interview with American Eagle, but it doesn't guarantee you a job or anything else. Plus, I don't think American Eagle is on the top of the list for many people as their number one place to fly at.
