Is this a possible route to flying with

Fedex? I currently only have my PP license, and am working on my Instrument thru a local FBO here in Dallas, and was called and offered a courier position with Fedex last week, which I accepted. If i continue my flight training, do you think I could maybe one day try and transfer into their aviation division, if i continue my training? or not? Just wondering if that could be a backdoor way of getting my foot in with Fedex's aviation division or not......

I have heard that Fedex will hire from within. They like to take care of their own. I hope it's true for you and congrats on the new job.
