Int'l Flying - Egypt/South Africa/Russia

I might have an opportunity to fly international coming up here soon. Places include Russia, East Africa, South Africa, Russia, and Europe. I'd like to hear people's comments about stuff I need to look for or look into. Do it, don't do it? Why? Etc... Any information is greatly appreciated.

You're not giving too many details, time frame, type of operation etc., if you haven't been there it might be a good idea to bring some that has, not trying to be smart, what you mention isn't no day trip to Mexico.
