I"m heading to San Juan in the morning from Virginia via KFXE. Everything seems straight foreward. I can't, outside of calling Miami FSS, find a source for winds aloft along my route of flight. Does anyone know where that data would be available on the internet? Thanks.

NOAA' ADDS site will get you at least as far as the D.R. Man, I love acronyms.

Then there only 150 miles or so left to go. Maybe even a little less.

Edit: Okay, so maybe more like a little less than 200 nautical left to go. What do you expect for free?

Ok. I asked for help. If you don't have any relevant advice then shut your hole and go find something to do.

no kidding. Posts like that make this place such a labor at times.

We use mygdc.com. I don't think there's a charge for it unless you file a flight plan. It has all of the international stuff you'd like, including being able to plan the flight all the way up to filing...if you want to pay to file I think its like $40 or something. Just sign up, put the A/C performance in and oila!

As far as the knucklehead up there yacking and not answering...forgive him, he's flying a Dash 8.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Just being a jerk about the Dash...:p Have fun in San Juan. I hear it can be fun!
