One of the questions on the gouge is

When going missed approach at what airspeed do you fly to your alternate? L/D max or Max Range.

I thought you just flew at normal cruise speed.
 
That depends on a few things.

- How much fuel do you have? If you have a bunch for holding, fly what you want.

- What does the company sop's (if they apply) have you do.

-captains discretion.

-So really until your down to pucker factor fuel and/or your concerned with burning EXPENSIVE fuel, fly what you want.
