Does anybody know of a good Interview Prep person or service on the East Coast?

Check out Albie Hagan's prep at Emerald Coast Interview Consulting out of Panama City, FL. They also do preps in various cities but you have to check the calendar on the web site to see where he's going to be. Do a search here online and you will see the favorable remarks, and then PM AlbieF15 after that to get in touch with him.
 
I say save the money. If you're comfortable telling stories about yourself and your experiences, be they true or not, your can prepare just fine in front of your own mirror.

I recommend going to aviationinterviews.com to see who's asking what questions lately and just practicing with the mirror, wife, friend, whatever.

On the other hand, if you're expecting a sim ride as part of your interview, some practice with a "standard profile" might help.
