Why is it that some pilots have all the hook up's in companies and fail to get an interview. Even though the have good flight times
While others lower on the pole get an interview in a couple weeks. Without any hookups at all.
I hear people talking all the time. They will not hire you they have 300 resumes on their desk however, a person is hired in 2 weeks from the date of submission.
