Don't have an interview lined up or anything, but I can't find my high school diploma. I have the transcripts but no diploma. I called my high school and asked them if they could get one for me, but they said all they can get are the transcripts. In an interview for a regional airline, would the transcripts be enough, or do they need a diploma?
Thanks!

All you need are transcripts, unless a company specifically asks to see your diploma. I've never shown a diploma or any of my degrees, just transcripts.

Good you are planning in advance, though!

The regionals are the only industry I've ever heard of that requires your high school transcripts. Seems kind of stupid.

I guess it's cuz you don't really need a college degree to fly a plane.

They don't ask for your college transcripts at the professional positions I've held in investment management/consulting. Just goes to show the ridiculous attitudes held by regional airline management. No wonder they don't like to pay starting salaries more than 20k. Good pay back in 1983 though.....
