In a previous thread someone had indicated that an International Operations Manual was required of a part 91 flight department if it intended on operating internationally. I have searched through the regs and found no such requirement and was wondering if I was missing something? Any insight on this would be appreciated.

Reference the thread in which you read about it so we're all on the same page.

Is a Part 91-only flight department required to publish their own IOM? No.
