Guys I'm trying to solicit Neil to add an international forum. For international operations, flight planning stuff like that. Also places to watch out for or helpful information.

Your support is appreciated.

sounds aiiight.

or you can usually get an answer right here on corporate...

what do you need to know Diesel? how to get to Canada or Nassau?

(j/k)

;)

Also, check NBAA Intl feedback is you have access, it has some great info and contacts.

The NBAA intl feedback is pretty basic and is not very organized.

Just thinking outside the box.

dont sweat it D - I bet the crackberry still works in the Bahamas (International) so you can still send in for all the box lunches and hummus platters you want for your next 6 legs!

I also heard they speak English and can fix Cessnas too!

;)

no really, you find the NBAA feedback unorganized? put in a destination and you usually get 4-5 reports from the last few months...sometimes one or two may be a few years old but I have gotten decent info there.

The crackberry is a great thing. Can't deny that. Got the wife one because it's cheaper than her trying to find a computer on the backside of the world.

She can't page in food requests like i can.

I guess were talking about two different things on the NBAA site i'll have to do some more looking.

Also i've seen some people have questions on trips, flying international, destinations, enroute ops just a bunch of weird questions. Might be a good place to put all international stuff in one area.

by the way next time you're in milan i'll buy you dinner at Top Kappi.

I like the idea, I need to find a place in Hong Kong with cheap drinks, this hotel is robbing me blind, and the bars I've found are about 8 bucks US for a Guiness. robbery

no offense, but this is why going to an "International" forum may not work.

airline guys are always looking for cheap "crew hotels" to crash at while traveling on their own, or cheap eats to save on per diem...nothing wrong with this, but possibly quite the oppostite of a corporate crew..while on the compnay dime, if I hear "crew hotel" - I run the other way.

The part of NBAA I am thinking of is the INTL FEEDBACK. Its OK..good for finding quality, safe hotels and reputable handlers...how to get off/on the airport etc..

but hey, a new forum cant be hard for Mark to setup, why not give it a try?

PS - D, I will take you up on the Milan thing anytime! I will pick the vino and bust your perdiem for the year, biatch!

;)

International-

Everything outside of CONUS.

So I can talk about the language barrier of Nassau. :)

HKG--Dan Ryan's in the mall next to the JW Marriott. Reasonably priced beers.TC

is that Marriot in Kowloon or Hog Kong?

I think the international forum is a good idea.

The Marriott is in Hong Kong.TC
