The International Flight Training Academy provides ab-initio training to the student pilots of several international airlines. Training is conducted in the Beechcraft A36 Bonanza and Baron 58 aircraft which are maintained in top condition by on-site Raytheon maintenance staff.

IFTA offers an excellent salary (approximately 27k during training, 33k after training, 35k after 6 months, 40k after 1 year) and benefits package which includes 100% medical, dental, life and 401(k) benefits.

If hired, interview expenses reimbursed. Also, moving expenses are paid.
Based in Bakersfield, CA. This is an excellent job as I am currently an instructor here. The company is well run and they treat their employees very well.
