I'm in punta cana (mdpc) going to kilm. flightplan.com will not file out. who else can I use. Duat, Duats????? and lets take any pay service out of the question. how can i do this on my own.

is there a way to file using datalink on the aircraft. I have only downloaded PDC never filed.

FYI..

Miami FSS is the BEST FSS to file international flight plans with. They have gone above and beyond helping us several times in the past.
