This is from the AA Career section. They are looking for a magazine editor for Southwest Airline's Spirit Magazine. Am I missing something? Is the magazine contracted out to AMR/ AA?

Our ideal candidate will be a creative, hands-on editor who will lead the talented team at award-winning in-flight magazine of Southwest Airlines.
Responsibilities include setting the publication's tone and direction, generating timely, relevant story ideas in travel, business, lifestyle, health/fitness/nutrition, and pop-culture categories, managing editorial and design staffs, approving all story assignments, working with contributing writers on story queries, editing manuscripts for concept and style, and approving all submitted copy for publication.


Qualifications
The successful candidate should exhibit an understanding and sensitivity to the culture of Southwest Airlines. 5-10 years of magazine editorial experience and experience supervising freelance writers and full-time staff is required. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, InDesign and Excel is required. Requires a high degree of initiative, a proactive attitude, the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and ability to make sound decisions with minimal direction. Capable of working under time constraints to meet deadlines. Must have strong oral, presentation and written communication skills. Bachelor?s Degree in English, Journalism or related field is required.

You're not missing anything. Southwest's 'Spirit' magazine is produced by AMR. Southwest has leased 'planes from AMR in the past for short periods of time, but the magazine is a long-term relationship.
