I was trying to compare some of the regional insurance benefits among various carriers. Can anyone help me out with their info in the following areas? Chautauqua's info is as follows.
1. Life Insurance: 2 times basic earnings, 4 times basic earnings if accidental. No cost to pilot.
2. Health insurance: Includes vision, child well care, annual PSA PAP and mammograms. Co pay $10. Cost to pilot $30/month, $50/month pilot & spouse, $70 pilot and family.
3. Dental Plan: No cost to pilots, $16.34 for family/month.
4. Flight physicals reimbursed at $70/physical (2X captains, 1X FO's annually).
5. Flex Spending plan.
6. 401k Plan: Match 100% of first 2.5% (years 1 to 6). 100% of first 4% (years 7 to 13). 100% of first 6% (above 13 years).
Thanks for any input!
