Instrument in S. OR / N. CA

I'm gonna be in southern OR (coastal) for a week in December (15th-22nd) and wanted to try and get some actual IFR experience with a local CFII. Anyone know of any FBO's within a two hour drive of Brookings, OR? I looked up a few places on the web but most don't seem to answer their phones.

I am a CFI-I in Redding, CA. Probably too far to drive from Brookings. There is a nice FBO in Eureka at Murrey field. You might get someone there???
