Instructor strike at ATCA?

ATCA is advertising for strike replacement instructors. What's this al about? Ihaven'theard anything about this anywhere.

ATP flight instructors should strike too. They get abused like no other, but they drink the kool-aid and think that all the sacrifice and abuse is worth the "golden multi-time".

give me a break, these guys didn't know that they weren't going to get paid worth a crap when they decided to become CFI's? same w/ the airline guys if you ask me.

NOTHING for sitting around all day for weather, aircraft availability, maintenance, student doesn't friggin' show up/late, etc. No benefits... Being treated like crap from management... Forced to buy company specific materials, etc...

Sounds like great training for the real thing.
