I am a former instructor a PAIFA, and currently live about 10 min north of DVT. If you are planning on working that PAIFA in the near future and need a place to live I have a couple of options. I have two open rooms in my house that are fully furnished. The house has wireless internet, Plasma TV, cable, Xbox, Playstation, and a big yard. The community has two pools and basketball/volleyball and tennis courts.
Unfortunately, no pets or smokers, please.
