The unions sign all kinds of non-disclosure agreements to keep information from other union members specifically the pilots.

Why doesn't the union provide the information they know against the company and the company officers?

The IRS is promoting the Informant Award Program. If the company can run cover with the NMB why not counter those activities by using another government agency to put pressure on the company?

The union should be taking its own hostages. Management should be the target.

Company bonuses, undisclosed perks, unreported options, etc.
