Info on Royal Air Cargo

Does anyone have any info on Royal Air Cargo? I have a friend that is interested in them and has asked me what i've heard about them. I think he would start out in the right seat of a Bandit (Bandirante, sp?) and eventually moving into the left seat. I'm looking to get any info on them that I can, to let him know the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I think they operate out of Pontiac, Mi. (PTK) They have been in business about 15 years that I know of. They used to be in the aircraft salvage business (maybe they still are). I don't know anything about their airplanes or working conditions.
