Anyone have info on working for the charter dept. Especially as a king air capt. Pay, sked, do you move around or stay in one base, do they move the aircraft around, do you move up in equip???

Any info would be appreciated. THANKS
 
Actually, I would like to get some info on their INT and GSO flight dept's as I live in the area. Anyone know of the best way to apply and what they are looking for (min's, etc.)
