Any pilots out there that work for Menards that can give any insight to pay, upgrade, days off, quality of life. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The pay is pretty poor to start. I talked to a Menards 1900 pilot a couple of years ago, and I think it was in the 18-20k per year range. They fly alot. I believe they only fly four days out of the week though. Don't know what upgrades are like, or the pay once you get into the Bravo. Looks like they fly 5-7 legs per day most of the time in the Bravo though.

I know a couple of guys who worked for them. One got fired with no notice and just the comment that they had "too many captains." The upper management does a lot of yelling and screaming. They pretty much fly a shuttle service, four days a week as they said above. The pay was pretty miserable but I've heard it's come up in recent years.

I know a few guys there and starting pay is like 22k/yr. Upgrades run about 2years on the 1900 and captain pay is about 60k/yr on the 1900. Upgrade is based on performance reviews, not seniority. Non busy times of the year its 3 days a week and during the busy months they fly 4 days a week. I guess they are getting more Bravo's. Everyone I know likes it there. If your a nice guy and can fly half way descent you will fit in, kind of the good old boys club over there, hope that helps.

Why would anyone want to put up with yelling and screaming, an instant firing, and a good old boys club for 20k/year?
