Info on John Deere Flight Department

Anyone know much about John Deere's flight department out of Moline, IL.? I know it operates a few Citation Xs but I don't have much details. I assume they would also have a large-cabin aircraft (G-Whizz or Falcon) for international flying. Anyone know whether it is a good place to be or whether there may be some hiring at some point?

Can their pilots also qualify for tractor discounts?
