Run a search. I know they were hiring a while back, but I don't know about now. I do know they just changed hands. (sold)

I was in recurrent training with there Chief Pilot this week. They have Lear 60, 55, 35, 31. They only hire into the right seat. 24 pilots right now. They are short on pilots and hiring. They like to promote there F/O's. 11 days on 3 off. $30,000-35,000 to start. You will fly alot. A bad month could be up to 80hrs. Not certain on upgrade time, but average Capt. pay $50-$60. Very busy operation. On your 11 days on, you may not fly all those days, but you will be on call.

I think they have a pretty well run 135 operation if you want to fly 135. Good maintenance.

that pretty much sums it up, be prepared to work :) and the schedule is 11 on 4 off, probably not 80 hours, more like 65 hours

JetDirect Aviation, LLC Merges with JetCorp, LLC in the Next Step Toward National Expansion

Berwyn, PA, February 27, 2006 – JetDirect Aviation, LLC has entered into a definitive agreement to merge with St. Louis based JetCorp, LLC, a leading provider of aircraft maintenance, charter, aircraft sales, and FBO services in the Midwest. JetDirect Aviation is a national private jet services firm, sponsored by Philadelphia based private equity firms, CD Ventures and Argosy Capital.

This merger with JetCorp, LLC represents the next step in developing a national private jet business offering their clients a superior product and unparalleled flexibility when making their travel plans. To date, JetDirect Aviation, LLC has also acquired Summit Jet Corporation, of Farmingdale, NY and Chester County Aviation Holdings, Inc., of Coatesville, PA.

"JetCorp has been a premier provider of aircraft technical services including major airframe, component and engine maintenance, as well as advanced avionics and interior capabilities for over 25 years. With this valuable addition, JetDirect Aviation will not only have a trusted supplier of maintenance for independent operators, but will also provide comprehensive maintenance for it’s own fleet," says Gregory Campbell, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of JetDirect Aviation LLC. Mr. Campbell is also the Senior Partner of CD Ventures.

Doug McCollum will remain President of JetCorp, and will be a significant shareholder of JetDirect Aviation, LLC. JetCorp’s existing management team, led by Troy Funk and Phil Bissonnette, plan for continued expansion of the maintenance and FBO programs and will continue to serve the needs of flight departments throughout the country.

JetDirect Aviation, LLC, based near Philadelphia, has signed letters of intent to acquire additional companies over the next several months. The current companies’ combined fleet of 33 aircraft, covers the complete range of light jets to wide body long-range jets, and is one of the newest, safest and most efficient in the private jet industry. The company offers standard charter, jet membership programs and jet ownership options designed to meet the specific travel need of its clientele. Future acquisitions will also provide for additional maintenance and FBO operations throughout the United States.

JetCorp is a full-service aviation center dedicated to providing high-quality solutions to the business aircraft market. Located near St. Louis, MO, in the heart of the Midwest, the company offers extensive maintenance, repair & overhaul capabilities as well as avionics installation, charter and aircraft sales, and full ramp services including a/c detailing. JetCorp also specializes in modern interior refurbishment and design.

Correct. Great place to cut your teeth and actually learn something. Typically swap legs with F/O, but not seats, which is not a big deal in LRJet as there is no Tiller and everything that can be done from the LH seat can typically be done from the RH seat.

You are expected to know how to fly when you show up on day 1. Basic dual is not given, nor should it be.

D.O. recently said the hiring mins have been raised in order to prep for the quick upgrades which seem to be less than 2 years and roughly 750 hours with the company.

You'll quickly become an expert on ASE and most FL cities. Schedule is 11 and 4 but 12 and 5 would be even better. Some on call days, but if you tend to plan ahead, expect to at least have a day trip most days.

I am not a part of internal company hiring conversations, but it seems like 2000 TT with a fair amount of jet time will get your resume looked at. The D.O. is the kind of guy that will give fair consideration to an internal reccomendation, so if you know someone who works there, ask for help.

TO sum it all up, it is a very good place to fly and that does not mean just swinging the gear. People are nice and the place is diverse.
