That wont get you the job any quicker, I think the normal channels as list on the website is the best....Sorry...

Actually, contacting Barry personally may HAMPER your chances of employment. He wears more hats than just pilot recruiting. "Stay the course" and apply online.
 
I called today and talked with a nice gentleman named Bernard. He seemed happy to talk with me and advised me that even though I am a couple hundred hours short of the mins, to get my application in so that we can develop a relationship. So I did...
 
Send in a hard copy to Barry at the address on the website. It helps more than faxing, he has told people not to give out the fax number, but I know many who got an interview via a hard copy sent, after applying on-line of course.
 
Just walk in and tell them your the man for the job. Tried it, I work at Flex now.
