Looking for first hand info on Avantair based on the west coast of FL. I've done a little research and talked to one person who worked there for a short period of time. Would be cool to get a second opinion. Also curious about Sourthern Air Systems. Thanks

If you really have flown a 'bunch' of aircraft and have a 'heap' of time stay clear of Southern Air. If its your first real job your trying to land it is for starters. Avantair has its ups and downs. I have a few friends there and the general consensus between them is that it is growing fast and is def. not the same company it used to be 3 years ago. Lots of info on what the employees think on the Fractional board.
