Looked like a completely understandable and competent report so the average person could understand. Pilot speak and logic does not apply to the real world in most cases

I can't tell you how often my FO's try to obfuscate with ATC with nonsensical and interminably lengthy transmissions. Me: just say we're not going to make the ********************ing restriction or we're not ready to go because the company is screwing up again. How hard can it be. Extremely difficult I have found. Pilots would be at home reporting for USA Today.
