WTF? This guy is a thieving scumbag and you're sympathizing with him? It's not bank robbery, but a framed photo like that is probably worth a couple hundred dollars, and it's pretty clear he was stealing it. If he'd broken into your house and stolen pictures off your wall or smashed your car window and stolen your stereo, I doubt that you'd be saying "awwwwww, it's too bad he got caught." He's a criminal; a small time, petty criminal, but a criminal nonetheless.
