I'm starting up my IFR training here next month. I currently subscribe to the airchart service and ordered the IFR book last year. I've been trying to do some updates on it and its quite the PITA. I was looking for some alternatives and ran across the Airway Express pack.
Does that include the complete low-alt charts and approach plates? Do the routes easily flow from page to page? The course I'm taking using the jeppesen book, so I know it will be covered by the instructor, but I wasn't sure if it would be a good option for a starter IFR pilot.
Or, the other option, keep the Airchart system and only update specifically used routes as they are needed?
