Put alchohol at the top of the list. I am always amazed when I go to a coalition base and they have bars. Due to our PC'ness we can't even have a beer in Afghanistan or Iraq. We can be trusted with a multi-million dollar airplane but not with a beer. The Died has beer which helps.
