So what is the story with IcelandAir, are they hiring, do they hire Americans?

Just looking for some Intel on there hiring practices, if they have any!

i believe they do.. but working conditions are very poor.

Go to www.pprune.org and do a search in their forums on the company. You will get many results. Better not to ask (unless you don't find anything in the search results), otherwise you will open up a can of whine :)

Do ya mean Air Atlanta Icelandic?

I belive they are hireing these days.

A B-747 class started last week in London.

They have hired Americans in the past, FAA tickets ok.

Iceland Air

Iceland Air is the national airline out of Keflavick, Iceland. I don't think they hire Americans. Only nationals. Their FA's are goddesses. They fly mostly 757's and 737's. They transport passengers from Europe to the US via their hub in Iceland.

Air Atlanta(out of Iceland), as someone already mentioned, does hire American contract pilots.

Thank You for the information. I was referring to IcelandAir. I guess they don’t hire yanks. Maybe they are afraid that we will take all there F/A from them?
