IAMs will try to organize Jetblue baggage handlers

And here I thought IAMs was just a dogfood. Say they have the 35% signed cards needed to hold a vote. This should be interesting. Could this be just the beginning?

I know Alaska with Menzies Aviation handling their baggage at Seattle has decided to outsource. Apparently this has not been a smooth transition with damaged a/c, plus a rise in complaints and lawsuits.

Menzies is an international firm in 20 countries. It would be interesting to see what Jetblue does if handlers vote to go IAMs.
