Pilot, Flight Attendant Face Fines After Sex Romp in Woods

HARRISBURG, Pa. —
A flight attendant from Michigan and an airline pilot face fines of $300 apiece after a nighttime romp in the woods that ended when police found the pilot hiding behind a shed wearing only flip-flops and a wristwatch.

Jeffrey Bradford and Adrianna Connor, both 24, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct charges in Dauphin County Court on Monday. Both declined comment after leaving the courthouse, but Connor's attorney said he was pleased to have the case resolved. "We think it was an appropriate result and are grateful it was done in a timely manner without more invasion into their private lives," attorney J. Michael Sheldon said. "On a public service note, this is what alcohol can do." Disorderly conduct is a summary offense that carries a $300 fine.
Bradford, of Pittsburgh, and Connor, of Belleville, Mich., both are employees of Pinnacle Airlines Inc. They were at a suburban Harrisburg diner May 28 before they apparently decided to walk into the woods and have sex, police said. Neighbors called police, saying they had seen a naked man and an intoxicated woman. A helicopter with heat-seeking equipment was called in, and Bradford later was discovered hiding behind a shed wearing only flip-flops and a wristwatch. Prosecutors withdrew other charges against Bradford and Connor, saying they lacked sufficient evidence. Those charges included indecent exposure and lewdness against Bradford, theft from a motor vehicle against Connor, and public drunkenness, loitering and prowling at night against both of them. "I don't think it was anyone's intention to commit a crime here," said Dauphin County prosecutor Michael L. Rozman. Bradford and Connor remain suspended from the Memphis, Tenn.-based airline, spokesman Joe Williams said.

Does this go in the Majors or Regionals forum?

Can I have a recap? Did he just forget where he put his clothes? Why didn't he just kill and skin a few squirrels and make a loin cloth? How did the two get seperated? I heard he got hired as Bill Clinton's private jet pilot. She was also hired by Bill. Was he wearing his pilot hat?

The pilot was found wearing only flip-flops and a wristwatch . . . . and clutching a stolen newspaper.

Not really...

There was a large debate going on in this forum a couple weeks ago that this pilot should be added to the sex offender's list over this incident, and that he would be "crucified" in court.

I disagreed, stating that the District Attorney and the judicial system would see this as the OBVIOUS inebriated accident that it was and let them off on non-criminal misdemeanors.

People are WAY too quick to cast stones at people on here. Yeah, it was stupid... but it was HARMLESS stupid that doesn't need to get categorized as dangerous criminal behavior for their entire LIVES...

Next question is what will happen to their jobs? I still haven't heard whether he was ever formally disciplined, still simply out on "Leave pending investigation". I'm betting the lack of criminal prosecution takes the wind out of the company's sails for terminating him. He might get very, very lucky... no pun intended. :D

Man, you cant even have fun on the layovers any more! Whats happening to this friggin job! :)

Now the real question should be..................was it a "BIG" watch? :D

"A helicopter with heat-seeking equipment was called in, and Bradford later was discovered hiding behind a shed wearing only flip-flops and a wristwatch."

Wow, what a waste of taxpayer dollars. Naked people in the woods are not worthy of a helicopter. I wonder how many armed robbers and cars were stolen while they were busy looking for naked people.

I usually choose a hotel pool, keeping my clothes piled neatly nearby for those quick getaways.

Woods and bar bathrooms are risky. Acceptable but risky. :D TC

Silly kids. They should have said they where checking each other out for ticks... :D
One has to think fast in these situations, obviously he's not ready for an upgrade.

He's a Captain.

2nd month off O.E. from what I'm hearing.

Just glad it didn't go worse legally; she could have been in REALLY hot water for breaking into the Fire Chief's truck to get that flashlight...
