I Found a New Drug (SOCOM II Online)

OK, Santa gave me SOCOM II (Play Station 2) for Xmas and I am completely hooked. I find myself playing online until 3am sometimes.

Am I the only one, or are there more of my kind out there?

I used to play Socom II online quite a bit. Haven't had time lately, but its quite addicting. What I want to know is, what are all the little eight year olds doing whooping my ass at 11am on a Tuesday when they should be in school??

thats why i haven't bought it, cause then i'd get NOTHING done if i did

Ya beat me to it! Multi player only except for training. Rewards teamwork and imposes penalties for bad behavior.

Dash 8 - I'm surprised you haven't heard of it...considering you use Kazaa and/or Donkeynet.

never heard of it, don't use kazaalite as much as i used to, and only used donkey a couple times to try to get C.o.D.

so, you can't download it from teh army site? cause all the other sites need you to sign up for them to download the game...that sucks

Anybody into Command and Conquer: Generals (Zero Hour - follow up)?

I'm a 27 yr. old married man, and I sneak and hide playing like I did with Nintendo from my Mom when I was 12. I'm so pathetic.

But the game is addicting. You can play on-line and all that.

Nothing better than calling in an AC-130 strike or dropping a MOAB or A-10 hit on your opponents.

I know a few guys into C&C...I played Red Alert a lot.

But after Homeworld, 2D maps just aren't quite the same anymore...

Underrated...

There is a game (actually 2) that didn't sell well but got good reviews. I've played both and they are good games. Highly recommended!

No One Lives Forever and No One Lives Forever 2.

Think James Bond meets Austin Powers. Solid AI, good gameplay, and some funny stuff.

From what I've read about it in the reviews (I believe in quality wasting of time...) its kinda more of the same, with better visuals, physics model, etc. It's also kinda short, about 10 hours of gameplay. I wouldn't necessarily pay full price, but if you can find it used (that's how I got it)...
