Jeff0500 bought a C152 and rented a hanger. If you rember I was trying to get fancy with an engine that had elecrtonic ignition and fuel injection but as the research goes it was kind of exotic for my needs. The plane is nice, I bought it from a private party, low TTs and ADs all complied with. Spent more than I wanted to. I didnt care much about the Skyhawk because they are a lot heavier and unmanageable for me on a muddy or snowcovered ramp. (girlfriend laffing) Its just right for me. So nice to just fly over all the congestion on the Interstates.

Thats fantastic, go out an enjoy the airplane, build some time. Learn about the $100 Dollar Hamburger. Take some day trips.

When I had my 150, I took a trip from Conroe, TX, to Myrtle Beach, and back. That was a fun 19 hours, and got to see some of Americas best countryside.
