Crybaby Johnny's pressing charges. He'll probably sue too.

Some guys just don't understand their limitations. Jumping on a badass like Danny, especially when he's drunk, is a bad idea.

And it should be ruled self defense. For all Danny knew, he WAS being attacked. Johnny assaulted Danny first by jumping on him, even if it was supposed to be a "joke". He's one of those guys who just takes the joke too far. We all know them. They're the ones who get drunk and punch people at parties, then get their asses beat.
