How to contact a NEt Jets Pilot

I am trying to contact a former co-worker who is now at NetJets. How would I do that via email? i.e first name last name @netjets.com
or any other method?

First initial and last name @netjets.com. However, if they have a last name over 10 letters then just leave off the letters after 10. An example is if his name is Scott Fractionals then it would be [email protected].

Also, if it's a common last name, then it could have a number before the @ sign.
