How much to budget for training?

I have seen different figures, mainly around the 20% mark on top of the course cost when budgeting the whole of the training cost. This does depend on largely where you train, but is this about right? Just wondered what you guys have experienced.

20% is about right. I am just getting to the end of my training and it has cost about 15% more then I had planned.

Oh well its just money I'll steal it from someone later
 
It's expensive. Buget or no buget. I've tryed the buget approach and found that I was joking myself.

It's expensive.

However, more worth it than anything I've ever done!
