Anyone has idea, how much should I make?

I fly captain for Hawker 800 and Co-pilot for Challenger!

What part of the country you in? Big difference.

Where do you fly to? How often do you fly? What other duties do you have in the company? How long have you worked there? Find out what the Cpt. is making in the CL.

My suggestion would be to go to Salary.com and get a report based on your location.

i'm not sure exactly how much to ask for but i do know someone that is a chief pilot on a CL604 in a part 91 operation. he has 4 pilots under him. he's bringing in $140,000. from what i've seen this his the high end.
