I was just curious how the change to FO from RTA has been for former RTA'er? I havn't ran into to many former RTA folks on the road lately and was just curious if the quality of life is better for you all now? I am an original Flight Options pilot and it seems that after the initial shock things have smoothened out for us. Any comments from former RTA guys on this?
