What are the Pinnacle negotiators trying to get for the pilots? 12 days off a month, leading pay, no more extensions and jr's? Or, just an average contract instead of the bottom? Just curious what the holdup is.

Just curious what the holdup is.

You're curious what the hold up is? The hold up is called management, specifically Phil Trenary. Any new agreement will cost him more money and that is something he will not allow for as long as possible.

No company proposal so far has even approached what the industry AVERAGE is. These proposals also don't have adequate pay raises built into them to keep the new agreement from being the bottom of the industry again in just a few years.
