How do you Hawker 800 guys do it?

I'm not sure about the hawker but in the DA-20 the we did the 80kt thing like everyone else is talking about.

The calls were "80 kts off steering" and "I have the flight controls".

Upon landing it was "80 kts, on steering" and "you have the flight controls".

It worked smoothly and we never seemed to have a problem with it.

After I got typed we swapped.

Prior I sat in the right seat and transfered control at 80 knots. Seemed to work fine for us with no problems.

If you have a type and current 135 PIC check I would have no problem with you in the left seat.

Does your boss have a Neapolean complex? How are you going to be assigned as PIC unless you are flying your airplane under the supervision of an expirenced pilot?
