SkyWest pilots desperately need one of these lounges on the web where we can all post without giving up our identity, on the current forums site we have to give our real names and get verified, and I just know Management lurks so alot of folks dont wanna say whats really on their mind.

Any suggestions welcomed.

Our forum (ExpressJet) is non-anonymous as well and is seems to work a lot better than when it was anonymous. However, no forum would be the best way to go. After all, you never see a "management" forum.

Frats,

Contact the guy who set up eaglelounge. He also runs aca-lounge, tsalounge, mesalounge and chqlounge. He's a TSA pilot. In fact, he might even be the TSA MEC chair. I think his name is Dario.

Point being, he's running five already, and clearly knows how to do it, and there are probably economies of scale to running multiple boards. Once he sets them up, he seems to leave well-enough alone, leaving each board to be moderated by pilots from whatever airline it is.

I only hope he's being compensated somehow for this service, because it is a valuable service.

If the board is anonymous, at least they can't try and fire one particular individual for their views.

This would be better than our current system, correct?
