How commutable are the lines at AWA?

Commuting from the deep southeast, one leg. Also, can anyone tell me how long a newhire can expect to be on reserve? Thanks and safe flying.

There are a lot of trips with late reports, particularily on the Bus. As a line-holder (right now quickest on the Bus and 737 at 7 months) you can bid for late reports so you could commute same-day. Are you able to get to LAS with one leg? Many commuters who fly the late trips go straight to LAS because LAS is a late afternoon and late night bank hub. If you would be commuting on AWA, the better, obviously. The Busses all have two cockpit jumpseats and we can use our FA cabin jumpseats, need be.
