How many of you work out on the road? If you're hotel has a work out room do you use it? I try to work out every day so if the hotel has a wieght room, great.

Hotel work-out rooms

If I have a chance to personally have a say in where I stay (which is sometimes I do and sometimes I don't), I will always choose the place with the workout room. And I use it. In my younger days, it wasn't so important, as I could do a run anywhere, and do push-ups and sit-ups without the need for a work-out room. But as old age has crept in, and the running stopped due to back and knee problems, the availability of a work-out room with a stationary bike has become more important to me.

It really depends on the shape of the workout room. I generally try and go, but if the place is a dump with an old 70’s style bike and 2 dumbbells, I might go for a jog instead, of course if its snowing outside I might hit the bar for some 12 ounce curls instead!
